Louie's Bar & Grille was established in June of 1992 by the Khoury family.

This was a first time venture for our family...

We started out with eight employees and absolutely no idea as to where this venture would take us. We realized that our customers were looking for a place to go where they could relax and enjoy great food. So that was our goal!

 After many countless hours and hard work, we were fortunate enough to be voted Akron's Best Burger. It was August 11th,1993 when we made the headlines in the Akron Beacon Journal claiming that our burgers were the best. Business was quite a bit different after we were "discovered".

Louie's now has sixteen employees who are very dedicated, some of them who have been with us for over ten years. We take pride in offering great food as well as outstanding service. We are a family friendly restaurant that welcomes children (as long as they are well behaved) just teasing...We have high chairs, booster seats as well as a dine-in children's menu.
